Panama Private Interest Foundation (PIF-20) Disclosure
The Righteous Billionaire Fund operates through a Panama Private Interest Foundation formed under Panama Law No. 25 of June 12, 1995, along with its governing regulatory amendments for Private Interest Foundations (PIF-20). This globally recognized structure is commonly used by private families, asset managers, and strategic investment groups for asset protection, long-range planning, and cross-border wealth structuring. A PIF-20 is a private, non-commercial fiduciary entity. By design, it does not conduct everyday commercial business and does not offer investment services to the general public. Instead, it provides a secure, purpose-built legal framework tailored for managing assets and carrying out the Foundation’s internal strategic objectives. While the Foundation is not licensed or supervised by the Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores (SMV), the Superintendencia de Bancos, or foreign financial authorities, it is required to comply with all applicable Panamanian laws and to fulfill its mandatory self-reporting obligations to the SMV. This creates a light-regulation environment—providing structure, accountability, and legal guardrails without imposing the same regulatory burdens placed on public investment vehicles. To further reinforce our commitment to integrity, transparency, and fiduciary soundness, the Righteous Billionaire Fund undergoes a comprehensive independent audit by a licensed CPA firm at the end of each calendar year. This annual audit provides third-party verification of the Foundation’s financial reporting and operational practices, ensuring that our governance meets the highest standards of accountability. All activities of the Righteous Billionaire Fund are conducted strictly within the scope permitted under Panamanian law and the Foundation’s internal regulations. Our governance, compliance processes, and independent oversight reflect our commitment to protecting the Foundation’s mission, its assets, and every participating member.
Anti–Money Laundering (AML) & Know-Your-Customer (KYC) Statement
The Righteous Billionaire Fund is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, financial transparency, and ethical stewardship. In alignment with international best practices and applicable regulatory expectations, the Fund implements robust Anti–Money Laundering (AML) and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) procedures for all participating members.
These procedures include identity verification, source-of-funds confirmation, sanctions screening, and ongoing compliance monitoring. We do not accept anonymous investments or capital from prohibited jurisdictions, and we may request additional documentation where necessary to ensure full compliance with global AML/KYC standards. These safeguards protect the Fund, its mission, and every participant by ensuring that all capital entering the Foundation aligns with lawful, ethical, and transparent financial practices.

The Fund’s internal governance is subject to Panamanian law, while digital operations and Website usage may be governed by the laws of the United States and/or your chosen jurisdiction.
